You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use sheinph, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. Underage accounts will be closed immediately.
Each player is permitted one sheinph account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. If you have lost access to your account, contact sheinph support rather than creating a new one.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sheinph are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Attempting to abuse bonus offers may result in account suspension.
All sheinph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and debit card. No cryptocurrency transactions are accepted or processed on the sheinph platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sheinph login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. sheinph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
sheinph provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Use of these tools is encouraged. If gaming is negatively affecting your life, please use the self-exclusion feature or contact sheinph support.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and sheinph ("sheinph," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the sheinph platform at sheinph.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the sheinph platform.
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the sheinph website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of sheinph.
1.2 By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or "Log In," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the sheinph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 sheinph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms were last updated in May 2026 and supersede all prior versions.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use sheinph. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. sheinph is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of sheinph complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. sheinph makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use sheinph: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from sheinph or any other gaming platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of sheinph and its affiliated entities; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
2.4 sheinph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on sheinph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sheinph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. sheinph reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). sheinph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Currency. All sheinph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No multi-currency accounts are offered.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sheinph username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
4.2 sheinph will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from sheinph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to sheinph support immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify sheinph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. sheinph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.4 sheinph reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sheinph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. sheinph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to players.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. sheinph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
5.6 No Money Laundering. sheinph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. sheinph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Note on Cryptocurrency: sheinph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or process cryptocurrency withdrawals. Any attempt to deposit via cryptocurrency will be rejected. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations.
6.1 sheinph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. sheinph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
6.4 sheinph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date, except where fraud or abuse is involved.
6.5 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
7.1 All games available on sheinph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers using certified equipment.
7.2 Game results are final once confirmed by the sheinph system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, sheinph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
7.3 You agree to play games on sheinph for personal entertainment only and not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
7.4 sheinph publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its games. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sheinph platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
9.1 All content on the sheinph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of sheinph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sheinph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sheinph content.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of sheinph intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sheinph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 sheinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 sheinph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 sheinph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.
11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sheinph players directly from account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension), and permanent self-exclusion.
11.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts during the exclusion period.
11.4 sheinph enforces the 21+ age requirement strictly. All accounts are subject to age verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed and any balance refunded to the verified payment method on file.

12.1 sheinph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where sheinph reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the player poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players; or (d) required verification documents have not been provided.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, sheinph reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.
12.3 You may close your sheinph account at any time by contacting sheinph support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.
12.4 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee, as notified to the registered email address. sheinph will provide reasonable advance notice before any dormancy fee is applied.
13.1 sheinph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using sheinph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 sheinph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and sheinph cannot guarantee absolute security.
13.3 sheinph may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering regulations.

14.1 sheinph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sheinph will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the sheinph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
14.3 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of sheinph shall first be submitted to sheinph's customer support team for informal resolution. sheinph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
