9.4 When personal data is no longer required, sheinph will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.
10.1 sheinph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

12.1 The sheinph platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. sheinph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
12.2 If sheinph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any balance held in such an account will be returned to the verified payment method on file.
12.3 If you believe that a minor has registered on the sheinph platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
13.1 sheinph primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers), sheinph ensures that such transfers are made in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
